Abstract

The invention discloses a recoiling-explosion-driving type two-stroke linear motion generator of a fuze and a power generation method thereof. The recoiling-explosion-driving type two-stroke linear motion generator comprises a body, a single-stroke linear motor, a needling-exploding component, a pressing screw, a safety piece, a center ring and a plug. The single-stroke linear motor consists of amagnetic core and an armature and is arranged at the center of the body; and the magnetic core is arranged at the central axis of the motor. A needle tip is formed at the lower part of a magnetic corehousing and is exposed out of the central hole of the safety piece; and the needling-exploding component is arranged below the needle tip. When a projectile is launched, a recoiling environment needed by working of the generator is formed; the magnetic core overcomes the suction force generated by the magnet under the recoil force effect; and after being cut, the safety piece moves downwardly tocut magnetic force lines in a coil so as to generate power. Therefore, the power generation capacity of the single-stroke linear motor is doubled, so that a defect of insufficient power supply capability caused by the limited space is overcome. The generator is especially suitable for the fuze like the anti-aircraft hail-suppression precipitation enhancement missile with the limited size and largerecoiling force after launching.
