Abstract

The process comprises pre-polymerization, forward polymerization and post polymerization, wherein a first branching agent is added before the pre-polymerization is conducted, and a second branching agent is added after the pre-polymerization is conducted. The invention further discloses the products of the branched nylon 6, and the relative viscosity of the products is between 3.2-4.0. The controllability of the process isstrong, condensation polymerization procedures after phase solidifying is conducted are not needed and the products of the branched nylon 6 with high viscosity can be prepared, and the relative viscosity is between 3.2-4.0. The prepared branched nylon 6 has higher transparency and melt viscosity, and the process is suitable for application such as extruding, membrane blowing, engineering plasticand the like.
