Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for installing a pulley insulating rope of a high-voltage line via an unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a working robot system carrying a hook pulley device and combined with an unmanned aerial vehicle is put on the line at assistance of an unmanned aerial vehicle; then, a working part of the working robot system is used for putting the hook pulley on the line; subsequently, the pulley insulating rope is well installed. The device comprises a working robot portion and a hook pulley portion. The method realizes the installation of the pulley insulating rope on the high-voltage power transmission line under the manual control, does not need to specially arrange the personnel to risk the safety hazard to climb a tower or even go on the line to install the hanging point during the on-off line process of using a maintenance robot to repair the high-voltage line, and does not need to rely on the tower toadditionally construct a structure assisting on-off line, or replaces the process of using a rope thrower to throw up the insulating rope to bypass the line for dragging an insulating ladder to go onthe line when a worker is required for working on the tower, thereby greatly saving the time, reducing cost and degree of risk, and improving the efficiency in inspection and maintenance of the high-voltage power transmission line.
