The invention discloses a breathing lamp, comprising a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a display layer and electrochromic film. The display layer is laminated with a first surface of the first conductive layer. The first surface of the electrochromic film is laminated with a second surface of the first conductive layer. The second surface of the electrochromic film is laminatedwith the surface of the second conductive layer. The display layer is located at the bottom layer of a hole in which the breathing lamp is located. According to the breathing lamp, when no new messageexists, the two conductive layers are switched on, so a color of the electrochromic film is changed to a non-transparent color; and when the new message is received, the two conductive layers are switched off and then switched on continuously, so the electrochromic film is switched between a transparent color and the non-transparent color, and the phenomenon that the colors of the electrochromicfilm and the display layer appear alternately is presented. The alternate color change only can be seen by a user when the user gets close to and stare at a location of the hole in which the breathinglamp is located, and the continuously flicking light does not appear actively, so the user experience is further improved.
