Abstract

The invention relates to an optical film and especially relates to a nano silver wire conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof. In order to solve problems that the surface resistor distribution uniformity of an existing nano silver wire conductive film is not good and there are a lot of point defects, the invention provides the nano silver wire conductive film and the manufacturing method thereof. The nano silver wire conductive film successively comprises a transparent base film, a nano silver wire layer and a protection layer. During a manufacturing process, the material of the nano silver wire layer is firstly prepared into a nano silver wire coating liquid. The nano silver wire coating liquid comprises 0.1-0.4% of a nano silver wire, 0.5%-1.0% of an aqueous binder, 0.025%-0.05 % of a surfactant, and the balance solvent. The solvent is selected from one or a mixture of at least two of deionized water, ethyl alcohol or isopropanol. The percentage is a weight percentage. Byusing the manufacturing method of the invention, the distribution uniformity and the appearance quality of the surface resistors of the produced nano silver wire conductive film are greatly improved.
