The invention further discloses a preparation method of the skin care product made from saguaro cactus, which is characterized by including but not limited to the following steps: 1. extracting cactus juice and a rose liquid; and 2. mixing 3-8 parts of glycerol, 2-4 parts of 3-butanediol, 0.5-2 parts of oligopeptide-1, 3-6 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol and 20-30 parts of water, heating and stirring to obtain a water phase. The skin care product has better water-locking function, can improve dark yellow skin and dryness caused by sunlight, and can effectively resist skin injury caused by radiation.
