The invention discloses an inclined hemostix system for animal harmless treatment, which comprises a pipe rack body, insertion holes, a top plate, a bottom plate, a B wing and clamping blocks; a bodyof the pipe rack is a cuboid with the length of 160 mm, the width of 110 mm and the height of 70 mm; the top plate and the bottom plate are respectively arranged at both upper and lower sides of the body of the pipe rack; forty insertion holes are respectively formed in each of the top plate and the bottom plate; a first notch and a second notch are formed on the top plate; the first notch and thesecond notch are respectively positioned at both sides of the insertion holes; the B wing and an A wing are respectively arranged at both sides of the body of the pipe rack; the clamping blocks are arranged at the tops of both the B wing and the A wing; the two clamping blocks are respectively matched with the first notch and the second notch; and the two clamping blocks respectively pass throughthe first notch and the second notch to be exposed out of the surface of the top plate.
