The comprehensive pool comprises: a turbid water regulation area, which is connected with the output end of an integrated biochemical reaction pool and used for receiving turbid water generated by the integrated biochemical reaction pool and regulating water quality; a sedimentation area, which is connected with the turbid water regulation area and used forperforming sedimentation treatment on the turbid water discharged from the turbid water regulation area and converging a sedimentation effluent into the effluent box culvert of the integrated biochemical reaction pool; and an overflow storage regulation area, which is used for regulating storage of overflow sewage exceeding the treatment scale of a sewage plant or used as a prepositioned denitrification pool of the integrated biochemical reaction pool in the sewage plant to play a denitrification function.
