Abstract

The invention discloses energy-saving ethylene glycol rectification and purification equipment. The energy-saving ethylene glycol rectification and purification equipment comprises a stock solution preheating system, an evaporation system, a rectification concentration system and a new heat source system which are connected in sequence, wherein the new heat source system is connected to the evaporation system at the same time. An ethylene glycol solution is sequentially treated by the stock solution preheating system, the evaporation system and the rectification concentration system to obtainethylene glycol of a high concentration; and the ethylene glycol of high concentration is treated by the new heat source system to obtain a clean energy source which can be used by the equipment. Theenergy consumption of the equipment can be reduced to one sixth to one fifth of the energy consumption of the traditional equipment; the heat energy utilization rate of the equipment is extremely high; the pollutant emission is greatly reduced at the same time; and the energy sources are recycled. The invention also provides a rectification and purification process using the equipment; the processis simple in operation; the process flow is controllable; the obtained ethylene glycol product is stable and excellent in quality and has good economic benefits; the continuous operation is realized;the production efficiency is high; the ethylene glycol purification process is low in operating cost and energy consumption and meets the requirements of sustainable development.
