Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting genistein and metabolites thereof in a biological sample, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) processing the biological sample;and (2) detecting a to-be-detected solution by an ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer. The detection method disclosed by the invention can detect more genistein metabolitesin a biological sample, thereby laying a foundation for clarifying the metabolic pathways of genistein.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method for genistein and its metabolites in biological samples. Background technique [0002] Genistein (GS), also known as 5,7,4′-trihydroxyisoflavone, genistein, genistein, genistein, exists in various edible plants, especially in kudzu root , alfalfa, oats, sophora, wheat, barley and broad bean root content is higher. As a natural tyrosine kinase with high activity and function, genistein is called "phytoestrogen" because of its structure similar to estrogen. In recent years, studies have found that genistein also has anti-oxidation, blood lipid-lowering, anti-tumor and osteoporosis prevention and other activities. At present, genistein has been widely used in medicine, health care products and other fields. [0003] At present, there is no report on the detection method of genistein metabolites, and no report on the components of its metabolites, so the metabolic process of genistein in vivo cannot be determi...
