The process disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being simple in process, low in initialinvestment and easy to control and has the advantages that no environmental pollution sources such as phosphorus, nickel, nitrite and the like is contained and the problems of high slag content, highenergy consumption, pollution and the like are solved.
