Abstract

The system comprises a pyrolysis device, acatalytic device and a heating device. According to the invention, volatile matters undergo catalytic reforming by a semi-coke catalyst in a primary catalytic device so as to obtain primary gas, thenthe primary gas is sent to a secondary catalytic device, and a nickel-based catalyst is used for catalytic reforming of the primary gas again so as to produce the high-calorific-value gas; and the heating device supplies heat to the system through high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of the deactivated semi-coke catalyst.
