A hot water inlet, a cold water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the valve body, and the valve element controls the hot water inlet and the cold water inlet to conduct water inflow operation. The temperature-regulating water valve is characterized in that a mixing cavity, a transition hole and a mounting hole are formed in the valve body, wherein the mixing cavity can store water and communicates with the water outlet, the transition hole communicates with the mixing cavity, and the mounting hole communicates with the transition hole; and hot waterwhich enters the valve from the hot water inlet passes through the mixing cavity and then flows out of the water outlet. The temperature-regulating water valve further comprises a water outlet end cover, a sealing part and a spring, wherein the water outlet end cover is arranged in the mounting hole, the sealing part is arranged in the water outlet end cover in a penetrating mode, and the spring is arranged between the sealing part and the water outlet end cover.
