The system comprises a load transferring device, a load bearing frame, multiple transferring modules and a control device. The load transferring device comprises a robotic arm, and the robotic arm is provided with at least one clamping module used for clamping an electronic component to be tested. The load bearing frame is used for bearing multiple electronic plate pieces. Each transferring module comprises a body, each body is provided with an electrical connecting structure and a turning inserting slot, each electrical connecting structure can be inserted into an electrical inserting slot of the corresponding electronic plate piece, and each turning inserting slot is usedfor the insertion of the corresponding electronic component to be tested. The control device controls the load transferring device to insert the multiple electronic components to be tested into the corresponding turning inserting slots, and the control device can perform testing operation on the electronic components to be tested when each electronic plate piece is provided with the correspondingelectronic component to be tested.
