Abstract

The invention discloses a measuring device and method capable of measuring the vertical, pitching, inclined and deflection static rigidity of a linear guide rail pair efficiently with high precision.A fixing seat of the measuring device is fixed to a horizontal deck plate, the guide rail pair and a datum plate are fixed to the fixing seat, and displacement sensor sets used for measuring the deformation amount of the guide rail pair is mounted on a sliding block; a pressure sensor is connected with a pressing block; and a loading device drives the pressing block to descend to apply the surfaceloads F1 and F2 to the sliding block. The measuring method comprises the steps that the loads F1 and F2 are decomposed into equivalent loads in the four directions, and the deformation amount measured by the displacement sensor sets is also converted into the equivalent deformation amounts in the four directions. According to the measuring device and method capable of measuring the vertical, pitching, inclined and deflection static rigidity of the linear guide rail pair efficiently with the high precision, the accuracy and reliability of the measuring results are greatly improved while it isensured that the static rigidity of the rolling linear guide rail pair is efficiently measured, the errors between the measuring results of all the static rigidity and theoretical values are 8% or below, and important significance is achieved for assessment of the comprehensive static rigidity of the guide rail pair.
