The intelligent vibrating device comprises a vibrating table, a magnetic attraction instrument, a monitoring instrument and an intelligent terminal, the magnetic attraction instrument used for magnetic attraction of metal fibers is fixedly arranged above a vibrating table, the monitoring instrument is connected with the intelligent terminal and is used for monitoring the distribution condition of the metal fibers in the concrete beam and feeding back the distribution condition of the metal fibers to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal is connected with the magnetic attraction instrument and is used for receiving the distribution condition fedback by the monitoring instrument and controlling the magnetic attraction strength of the magnetic attraction instrument according to the distribution condition. The magnetic attraction force generated by the magnetic attraction instrument is used for adjusting the distribution condition of the metal fibers in the concrete beam, and the metal fibers in the concrete beam are uniformly distributed after vibration. The invention further provides the vibrating method of the intelligent vibrating device. The automatic processing system comprises a discharging machine, the intelligent vibrating device, a mold assembling device, a pouring device, a steam curing device and a demolding device, and all parts are connected to realize automatic processing of the concrete beam.
