Abstract

A papermaking wastewater treatment process is disclosed. The process includes a) a step of manufacturing a screen-shaped filter foil, namely a step of manufacturing a sheet silver foil through rollerpressing, performing mild thickness control on the silver foil through plasma with the overall thickness being controlled to be 120 nm, evenly punching the foil with the diameter of mesh holes being 45 nm and the punching density of the filter foil being 1250 holes per square centimeter, and laminating the filter foil, with the laminate thickness being 0.2-0.5 cm; b) a step of sufficiently filtering papermaking wastewater with the filter foil in the step a) to leave fibers in the wastewater on the top of the filter foil, recovering the fibers, and collecting filtrate; c) a step of subjecting the filtrate to high-speed rotation in a centrifuge to separate impurities from liquid; d) a step of preparing a mixture solution and performing a chemical reaction thoroughly; and e) a step of performing sufficient disinfection with ultraviolet rays and performing a second time of filtration. The process can efficiently purify papermaking wastewater, is simple to operate and environmentally friendly, and deserves promotion.
