Abstract

The invention discloses a demagnetization fault diagnosis method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a sample library by carrying out different types of demagnetization fault experiments, extracting a counter electromotive force of a coil element, solving a counter electromotive force after a demagnetization fault as well as a residual error of a counter electromotive force under health condition as fault characteristic quantities, and establishing a demagnetization fault characteristic quantity sample library and an energy section library through correlation formula transformation. A counter electromotive force signal of a coil is acquired in real time, according to amplitude of a counter electromotive force residual error signal, a correlation coefficient method is utilized for analyzing correlation of a measured fault characteristic quantity with each fault characteristic quantity in a lookup table, by virtue of energy ofthe counter electromotive force residual error signal and by combining an analysis result of a correlation coefficient, the demagnetization fault and demagnetization degree can be diagnosed, and uniform demagnetization and local demagnetization can be distinguished; meanwhile, a magnetic pole in fault can be rapidly and accurately located when a motor is in a local demagnetization fault, so that accuracy for diagnosing the demagnetization fault of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is effectively improved.
