The heavy permanent-magnet scraper conveyer comprises a scraper chain, chain wheel assemblies, speed reducers, constant-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motors arranged in a mine and a frequency converter connected with the constant-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motors; the constant-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motorsare connected with the speed reducers, the speed reducers are connected with the chain wheel assemblies, and the chain wheel assemblies are connected with the scraper chain; and each permanent-magnetsynchronous motor comprises an anti-explosion motor shell, a stator, a permanent-magnet rotor and an anti-explosion end shell, a cooling channel is arranged in a shell body of each anti-explosion motor shell, and radiating ribs are arranged on the exteriors of the anti-explosion motor shell. The permanent-magnet rotors can generate permanent-magnet magnetic fields under the action of permanent magnets, and the magnetic fields generated by the permanent-magnet rotors and magnetic fields generated by the stators are always in a synchronous state; under the action of the frequency converter, notonly can precise control be achieved, but also slow starting can be achieved, the instantaneous impact of the scraper chain is reduced, and then the chain breaking problem of the scraper conveyer is solved; and in addition, through the cooling channels and the radiating ribs which are arranged on the anti-explosion motor shell, the radiating effect can be effectively improved, and then normal running of the scraper conveyer can be guaranteed.
