Abstract

The method includes mixing biogas residues dehydrated by anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes and auxiliary materials for conditioning; preforming aerobic fermentation through a fermentation system and entering into an aging system; conveying the aged materials into an organic fertilizer production line feeding system by a belt conveyor, and crushing and screening the aged materials by a blade crusher and a raw material feeding and screening machine to produce a crudefertilizer; screening the aged materials, entering, by the undersize materials, into a rotary drum granulation production line, preparing a first granular fertilizer by the rotary drum granulation production line, and returning, by the oversize and the undersize materials, to the crusher in front of a rotary drum granulator; and sending biogas fluid and spraying ingredients to a spraying groove for evenly mixing, and sending the above materials to a spraying granulation production line together with the remaining screened materials in the rotary drum granulation production line to prepare a second granular fertilizer.
