Abstract

The invention provides a heat exchange kit for heat pipes. The heat exchange kit for the heat pipes comprises a lower end plate, a middle partition plate, an upper end plate and a number of U-shaped heat pipes. The lower end plate, the middle partition plate and the upper end plate are arranged in sequence from the bottom up. The U-shaped heat pipes are installed between the lower end plate, the middle partition plate and the upper end plate in an inserted manner. The portions, between the middle partition plate and the upper end plate, of the U-shaped heat pipes are adopted as a condensationsegment, and the portions, between the lower end plate and the middle partition plate, of the U-shaped heat pipes are adopted as an evaporation segment. Heat dissipation fins are arranged in the portions, in the condensation segment and the evaporation segment, of the U-shaped heat pipes. The U-shaped heat pipes are perfused with a heat exchange working medium. The two open ends of each U-shaped heat pipe are connected in a sealed manner through a connecting bend. A connecting hole is formed in the middle of each connecting bend. The connecting holes in the connecting bends communicate with each other in sequence through metal capillary pipes, wherein the diameter of the metal capillary pipes is smaller than the diameter of the U-shaped heats pipes, and thus the U-shaped heat pipes communicate with each other. Welded sealing is adopted in the connecting positions of the connecting holes and the metal capillary pipes.
