Abstract

The invention relates to a system for non-destructively inspecting and determining sealing of an aluminum pouch by using ultrasonic waves, the system comprising: an ultrasonic wave generation unit comprising probes which generate ultrasonic waves, and transmit and receive the ultrasonic signals to and from an object of a non-destructive inspection, placed on an inspection table; an interface unitfor transmitting an ultrasonic signal, received from the ultrasonic wave generation unit, to an ultrasonic wave generation data control unit; the ultrasonic wave generation data control unit for processing the ultrasonic data received from the interface unit; a sealing defect determination unit for determining whether sealing is defective, on the basis of the processed ultrasonic data; and a display unit for displaying the determination result on a monitor. The invention uses a transmittance of an ultrasonic wave to implement a color-marked area such that a dense area (sealing part) of a transmissive part having a high transmittance is marked in red and a low-dense area (air part) of a transmissive part having a low transmittance is marked in blue, and thus makes it possible to detect andcheck an unsealed part of an aluminum pouch through a non-destructive inspection.
