Abstract

A ginger cleaning machine for improving cleaning effect comprises the following parts: a roller groove, which is longitudinally disposed and has an upper opening and a lower opening communicating witheach other; a plurality of longitudinally and continuously distributed first brush rolls; a plurality of longitudinally and continuously distributed second brush rolls; a water spray mechanism, whichis arranged above the upper opening and sprays water downward towards the upper opening; a feeding mechanism, which is arranged on the upper side of the upper opening; and a discharge chute, which iscommunicated with the lower opening. The second brush rolls and the first brush rolls are respectively corresponding to each other bilaterally. Ginger can penetrate downwards through the gap betweenthe first brush rolls and the second brush rolls and is scrubbed simultaneously by the first and second brush rolls. By the ginger cleaning machine, both sides of ginger can be scrubbed; and by the upward pushing force of the first brush rolls and the second brush rolls, the falling speed of the ginger is reduced, and the ginger can be overturned under the pushing force, thereby better loosening the hard-to-clear sand attached to the ginger.
