Abstract

The invention discloses full-synthetic oil for a centrifugal compressor. The full-synthetic oil is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 95 parts of oil-soluble polyether, 5to 50 parts of synthetic ester base oil, 0.5 to 10 parts of an antioxidant, 0.001 to 0.5 part of a demulsifying agent, 0.1 to 1 part of an anti-rust agent and 0.001 to 0.5 part of a metal passivatingagent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the full-synthetic oil for the centrifugal compressor. The full-synthetic oil provided by the invention can be used for lubricating the centrifugal compressor, and has superhigh oil film strength and stable viscosity; compared with common mineral oil, more protection can be provided for the centrifugal compressor; the full-synthetic oil is excellent in oxidation stability as well as detergency and dispersibility, contains no additive which can precipitate and cannot form scale on the surfaces of a bearing and a small gear shaft of thecentrifugal compressor, oil and equipment still have very long service life even under a harsh working condition, and the oil change frequency and the downtime can be effectively reduced.
