The stator is provided with an outer winding and an inner winding which have opposite phase sequences. The inverter is connected in parallel with the outer winding and the inner winding to synchronously supply excitation current to the outer winding and the inner winding. The inner rotor is disposed in the inner winding and is used for rotating in the first direction under the effect of the inner winding. The outer rotor is disposed outside the outer winding and is used for rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction under the effect of the outer winding. The contra-rotating motor is provided with the inner andouter matching windings and rotors, and synchronously controls the outer winding and the inner winding through the inverters, removes a brush, reduces noise and is prolonged in service life.
