The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for collocating bandwidth parts, wherein the method includes: determining first target indication information; the first target indication information being configured to indicate whether each of the plurality of bandwidth parts is available; and simultaneously transmitting the plurality of bandwidth parts and the first target indication information to a terminal supporting simultaneous reception of the plurality of bandwidth parts. According to the present disclosure, the terminal can determine whether each bandwidth part is available based on the target indication information, the requirement on the radio frequency indicator at the base station side is reduced, whether each of the plurality of bandwidth parts is available can be determined at the terminal side, and the high-efficiency communication requirememt on the plurality of bandwidth parts is satisfied.
