Abstract

The invention discloses a glue-breaking and plug-removing process for petroleum. The process comprises the following steps: introducing petroleum needed to be glue-broken and plug-removed into a mixer; adding a glue-breaking agent into the mixer, wherein the mixer works to uniformly mix petroleum and the glue-breaking agent; then introducing the uniformly mixed petroleum into an oil-water separator; adding a flocculant into the oil-water separator to separate petroleum from water and grease; and collecting the collected petroleum. By adding the glue-breaking agent prepared by mixing an oxidant, a catalyst and a penetrant into the petroleum needed to be glue-broken, when concentration of nitric acid ions and ferric ions in nitric acid iron smelting reaches 10PPM, the glue-breaking agent hasa very good degrading effect to HPAM, and meanwhile, the citric acid degrades HPAM by 99%. The glue-breaking and plug-removing process can be used for catalyzing glue-breaking and plug-removing of petroleum, is excellent in glue-breaking and plug-removing effect, simple and feasible in process, can achieve continuous operations, improves the petroleum return rate and reduces the loss of glue-breaking and plug-removing of petroleum.
