Embodiment 1

[0094] Example 1 SiO 2 Sol preparation

[0095] Using the above SiO 2 The preparation method of the sol, according to the process conditions in Table 1, successfully prepared a series of sol samples 1-5 with different particle sizes by changing the amount of catalyst-ammonia water, and tested the particle size by a nanometer particle size analyzer. The test results are shown in Table 4. Show.

[0097]

[0098] As can be seen from Table 4, the prepared SiO 2 The average particle diameters of sol samples 1-5 are all between 100-200nm. The PDI value of each sample in the particle size test is less than 0.5, indicating that the particle size in each sample is relatively uniform, and the accuracy of the measurement results is high. The present invention selects a sol sample as a representative to see the distribution of particle sizes therein. Figure 4 SiO shown 2 SiO with different particle sizes in sol s...

[0102]

[0103] Add perfluoroalkanes iodide (n-CF 3 (CF) n 1) (16.025g, 29.4mmol) and azobisisobutyronitrile (0.091g, 0.55mmol), with magnetic stirring, slowly add allyl alcohol (2.231g, 38.4mmol) dropwise at 95°C under nitrogen protection, and the reaction initiates Afterwards, the temperature was raised to 105°C and kept for 18 hours, and the color of the reaction solution gradually became darker, forming a uniform reddish-brown liquid. After cooling at room temperature, a yellow solid was obtained, and the low boiling point substances were removed under vacuum, and then the residual yellow solid was subjected to silica gel column chromatography, using petroleum ether: ether (20:1) as eluent. Compound 3 was obtained as a white powdery solid (12.65 g, yield 75%). Typical sample characterization data are as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt silane coupling agent nanometer superhydrophobic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. A fluorine-containing finishing agent and a surface roughing technology are combined to be applied to fabric water and oil repellent finishing, so that the water and oil repellent properties of thefabric are improved and the fabric has super-hydrophobicity. A sol-gel roughing technology is selected and SiO2 sol is prepared under a specific condition, so that the surface roughness of the fabricis effectively improved; a perfluoroalkyl-containing quaternary ammonium salt silane coupling agent (NSF1) is synthesized and is covalently bound with the SiO2 to introduce a perfluoroalkyl chain intothe surface of the fabric, so that the surface free energy is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a superhydrophobic composite material, in particular to a nanometer superhydrophobic composite material containing a perfluoroalkyl quaternary ammonium salt silane coupling agent and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] A superhydrophobic surface refers to a solid surface with a contact angle of more than 150° to water and a difference between the advancing angle and the receding angle of less than 10°. Due to its low surface free energy, it has many unique surface properties, such as self-cleaning, anti-fouling, hydrophobic and oleophobic, etc., and has potential application value in many fields. The wettability of the material surface depends on the chemical composition and surface morphology of the material surface. Reducing the surface free energy of the material and increasing the microscopic roughness of the material surface are important ways to improve the hydrophobicity of the mat...
