The test device comprises two test piece supporting tables; inflatable rubber pads and spray heads are arranged above to-be-tested pieces; the inflatable rubber pads are mounted at the end parts of rotating shafts; slave gears are mounted on the rotating shafts; the two slave gears are meshed with a main gear; the rotating shafts connected with a motor drive the main gear to rotate through a speed reducer, and then the two slave gears drive the inflatable rubber pads to rotate through the rotating shafts; water tanks for discharging water are arranged below the to-be-tested pieces; the test piece supporting tables are supported by hydraulic pumps; stress sensors are buried in the to-be-tested pieces in advance; test data of the stress sensors reflects pressures of the inflatable rubber pads on the to-be-tested pieces; the test piece supporting tables are lifted under the action of the small hydraulic pumps; and the test temperature of the to-be-tested pieces are controlled through a temperature control device. A test result is obvious in comparability and can reflect the influence of different tread patterns and different tire pressures on the surface abrasion effects of the tested pieces more really.
