[0062] An IVEK servo-controlled dispensing system (commercially available from North Springfield, USA, VT 5150) with a minimum resolution of 0.5 μl was used for all tests. Needles with polypropylene, stainless steel, ceramic, and pure PTFE constructions were evaluated.
