By additionally arranging a sound absorption hole plate, a sound absorption filling material, a low-frequencydamper, a sound insulation backboard, a high, middle and low density mass particle and flexible damper mixed layer, a micropore thin plate and a sound insulation board, the full-frequency noise is effectively reduced, and the transmission of high, middle and low frequencies is blocked.
