The fan guard is provided with upper engagement sections formed at one location at the center of the vertical bars or at the upper ends of two vertical barslocated at a distance from each other in the left-right direction of at least the housing; and lower engagement sections formed at the lower ends of a plurality of vertical bars located at a distancefrom each other in the left-right direction of the housing. The upper engagement sections are formed such that the upper ends thereof are bent toward the housing and sloped downward. The lower engagement sections are formed such that the lower ends thereof are bent toward the housing, and the front end sections of the lower engagement sections, which are the front end-side portions of the lower engagement sections, are bent such that the front ends thereof face downward.
