The waste plastic catalyzing-plasticizing deep processing and recycling technique comprises thefollowing steps of a) feeding, wherein recycled waste plastics and organic solvent are put into a plastic granulator, the organic solvent and the recycled waste plastics are subjected to catalytic reaction, and the recycled waste plastics are soften slowly; b) heating, wherein a heating device on the plastic granulator is started to heat the recycled waste plastics and the organic solvent in theplastic granulator so as to accelerate the softening speed of the recycled waste plastics; c) extruding, wherein an extruding device on the plastic granulator is started so as to extrude the softenedrecycled waste plastics to obtain recycled plastic; and d) granulating, wherein a granulating device on the plastic granulator is started to cut the extruded recycled plastic into particles. Accordingto the waste plastic catalyzing-plasticizing deep processing and recycling technique, the waste plastics are subjected to the catalytic reaction with the help of the organic solvent, then physical heating-plasticizing reaction is carried out, the softening time of the waste plastics is shorten, and meanwhile, the organic solvent protects the molecular structure inside the plastics from being changed, so that the quality of the recycled plastic is ensured, and the recycled plastic can be recycled and reused again.
