The fresh air unit comprises a fresh air inlet pipe and a fresh air outlet pipe. The return air unit comprises a return air inlet pipeand a return air outlet pipe. The solution circulating regeneration system comprises a solution collection trough, a dilute solution storage tank, a first solution circulating pump, a second solutioncirculating pump, a solution regeneration device and a concentrated solution storage tank.
