Abstract

The invention relates to a hazardous chemical substance cargo feature point matching method and system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a left image and a right image of a hazardous chemical substance cargo to be measured; respectively detecting feature points of the left image and the right image by adopting SIFT operators; performing clustering analysis on the feature points, and determining a threshold value required by SIFT matching; performing primary matching on the feature points of the left image and the right image according to a threshold value to obtain a plurality of matching point pairs; and removing wrong matching point pairs to obtain an optimized matching point pair set. According to the technical scheme provided by the present invention, by detecting the feature points of the left image and the right image by adopting an SIFT operator, carrying out clustering analysis on the feature points through a DBSCAN density clustering algorithm, determining a threshold value required by SIFT matching, and after the initial matching is completed, removing wrong matching point pairs, the optimized matching point pair set is obtained so as to improve the matching accuracy.
