Abstract

The invention provides a new use of Rosuvastatin (Rosuvastatin). The Rosuvastatin is used for promoting odontoblast polarization of dental pulp stem cells (Dental Pulp Stem Cells, DPSCs). Through restraining the activation of an NF-KB signal route, the Rosuvastatin disclosed by the invention can promote the odontoblast polarization of the DPSCs, and a new scheme can be provided for treatment of decayed teeth.
