Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a base oil by using an immobilized ionic liquid, wherein oleic acid and pentaerythritol are used as raw materials, and an immobilized imidazole-based ionic liquid is used as a catalyst and a solubilizing agent. According to the present invention, an immobilized ionic liquid is prepared by using an impregnation method, wherein the catalyst accounts for0.5-3% of the total moles of the alcohol and the acid, the reaction temperature is 130-160 DEG C, the reaction pressure is normal pressure, and the reaction time is 0.5-3 h; and with the method, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid polluting the environment are not used, and compared with the traditional inorganic acid as the alkyd esterification catalyst, the immobilized ionic liquidhas advantages of relatively mild reaction conditions, high catalyst activity, short reaction time, high esterification rate, simplified production process, simple catalyst recovery operation, repeated use and the like.
