Problems solved by technology

However, since this displacement sensor has an analog output, an AI (Analog Input) card or an AD (Analog-Digital) converter that receives the analog output is separately required, and there is a problem that the cost increases.

Abstract

The invention can detect a block where a detector is located in a detection area. The invention provides a noncontact switch and a clamping system. The noncontact switch comprises a detection coil (101); an oscillation circuit (104) which oscillates and generates a high-frequency magnetic field by the detection coil (101); a detection circuit (105) which detects the amplitude of oscillation of theoscillation circuit 104; and a comparison circuit (106) which compares the amplitude detected by the detection circuit (105) with a plurality of threshold values separately; and an output circuit (107) for outputting, on the basis of a result of comparison with the plurality of threshold values obtained by the comparison circuit (106), a signal indicating whether the amplitude detected by the detection circuit (105) is within a plurality of output ranges composed of the plurality of threshold values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a non-contact switch capable of detecting the block where a detection body is located in a detection area and a clamping system using the non-contact switch. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, there are known proximity switches capable of detecting the presence or absence of a sample within a detection area using one threshold value. However, in the conventional proximity switch, since the threshold value is one, there is a problem that it cannot detect in which area the sample is located within the detection area. [0003] On the other hand, conventionally, there is known a displacement sensor that outputs a voltage according to the distance to the object, and the position of the object can be detected by this displacement sensor (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). However, since this displacement sensor has an analog output, an AI (Analog Input) card or an AD (Analog-Digital) converter for receiving an anal...
