The method is characterized by: (1) a single-nuclide biological dynamic model, wherein in-vitro transferring of a radionuclide after intake is presented bymeans of a transferring isolation storeroom which is recommended by an internal commission on radiological protection (ICRP); (2), a mother-daughter decay containing biological dynamics model, whereinabsorbing, transferring and excretion of the mother-daughter nuclide in the human body should be described by means of a mother nuclide and daughter nuclide mixed biological dynamic model; and (3), initial mixing of intake mother-daughter nuclide, when the mother nuclide and the daughter nuclide coexist in an initial environment, the mother-daughter mixed nuclide is intake into the body.
