Abstract

The invention proposes a hybrid model forecast control method of a combined system comprising variable-speed seawater pumping and storage unit and chemical energy storage. Accumulated influence of top-layer control (dispatching control) and bottom-layer control (droop control) on SOC of an energy storage battery in a composite energy storage combined system on different time scales is comprehensively considered. By real-time running, the actual running states of the variable-speed seawater pumping and storage unit and the energy storage battery which are disturbed with a renewable energy random forecast error in a power grid are simulated; by reducing time domain and by rolling optimization, the accumulated influence of a small random forecast error of renewable energy output on the SOC ofthe energy storage battery is solved, and meanwhile, the running economy of the variable-speed seawater pumping and storage unit is compatible; by heuristic control, and the accumulated influence ofa large random forecast error of renewable energy output on the SOC of the energy storage battery is handled; and by feedback correction, the running states of the variable-speed seawater pumping andstorage energy unit and the energy storage battery are timely changed.
