The cruise ship shore side loading and unloading vehicle is composed of a flat car (1) and a lifting mechanism (2), and a lifting cage (3) and a fixed platform (4) are included. Once the loading and unloading vehicle travels and moves to arrive at the cruise ship shore side to be in place, after the lifting cage is aligned with a cruise ship hatch in the front-and-rear and left-and-right direction, the flat car does not need to frequently travel to move front and back, and only the lifting mechanism needs to be moved in a circulated manner.
