The generator set comprises an ocean current energy capturingdevice and a hydraulic transmission power generation device which are connected through a high-pressure loop and a low-voltage loop, and a control system connected with the hydraulic transmission power generation device; the hydraulic transmission power generation device comprises a variable motor, and a synchronous generator which is coaxially arranged with the variable motor; the ocean currentenergy capturing device comprises impellers and quantitative pumps, the impellers and the quantitative pumps are coaxially connected, and the single impeller and the single quantitative pump which arecoaxial are arranged to form a set of turbine device; high-pressure ports of the quantitative pumps are connected with an oil inlet of the variable motor through the high-pressure loop, low-pressureports of the quantitative pumps are connected with an oil outlet of the variable motor through the low-pressure loop, so that a closed-type volume speed regulation loop is formed; and the control system is connected with the variable motor and is used for adjusting the constant-speed operation of the variable motor, all the impellers in the turbine devices are kept in the axial direction, rotate in the same direction and are wholly distributed in parallel.
