The soda water concentration control method comprises the steps of receiving a user instruction; when it is judged that the water dispenser will discharge soda water according to the user instruction, obtaining the soda water target concentration, and obtaining a target temperature according to the target concentration; detecting the temperature of cold water in the cold water tank; judging whether the cold water temperature is less than the target temperature; if the cold water temperature is less than the target temperature, keeping the refrigerating device closed, controlling the water pump to be started, and controlling the water outlet control valve to be opened after soda water preparation is completed and a first preset time is passed; if the cold water temperature is not less than the target temperature, controlling the refrigerating device to be started until the cold water temperature is smaller than or equal to the target temperature.
