Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: forming a plurality of light spots on the target surface of a PSD detector by using modulating light beams emitted by a plurality of target light sources simultaneously; converting the light spots into a plurality of frequency superposed hybrid currentsignals to be output by the PSD detector, and converting the frequency superposed hybrid current signals into digital signals after signal conditioning; demodulating and reducing the frequency superposed digital signals into the amplitudes of a plurality of modulating light beams by using a double-heterodyne asynchronous demodulation algorithm, and obtaining the two-dimensional positions of the light spots synchronously through normalization.
