The special cranes are correspondingly arranged at the top angle positions of the left side and the right side of the rear portion of the open deck. A life raft frame base is fixedly welded to thelower side of each life raft frame. The periphery of each life raft frame base is limited by a base limiting frame fixed on the corresponding passageway.
