The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) stirring and mixing 40 parts of polypropylene, 20 parts of low-density polyethylene, 20 parts of high-density polyethylene, 2 parts of brominated polystyrene, 3 parts of antimonous oxide and 0.3 part of antioxidant 1010; (2) heating, extruding and blanking an obtained mixture at 180 DEG C by using an extruder; and (3) cooling and trimming an obtained extruded material to obtain a finished product.
