[0024] Preparation of the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane: a casting solution with a mass fraction of 12% was prepared, and the raw material and the polar solvent were polysulfone and NMP, respectively. The ultrafiltration membrane is made by scraping by phase inversion method, and cut into the required size for later use.

[0025] Preparation of amphiphilic graphene oxide (AJN): 40 g of white tapioca starch was mixed with 250 mL of deionized water and stirred continuously. 100mg GO was uniformly dispersed in 100mL DI water, ultrasonicated for a period of time, then the GO dispersion was slowly added to the starch mixture in water, and stirred at room temperature for 8 hours, after washing with DI water and ethanol, the starch microspheres were mixed with 200mL Mix the water and ethanol solution, then add 300 mg of alkylamine dissolved in 50 mL of absolute ethanol, and stir gently at room temperature for 12 h. After washing with absolute ethanol, the starch microspheres ...

[0030] Preparation of amphiphilic graphene oxide (AJN): 40 g of white tapioca starch was mixed with 250 mL of deionized water and stirred continuously. 100 mg GO was uniformly dispersed in 100 mL DI water, sonicated for a while, then the GO dispersion was slowly added to the starch mixture in water and stirred at room temperature for 8 h. After washing with DI water and ethanol, the starch microspheres were mixed with 200 mL of absolute ethanol solution, and then 300 mg of alkylamine dissolved in 50 mL of absolute ethanol was added. The reaction was allowed to proceed with gentle stirring at room temperature for 12 h. After washing with ethanol, the...

Abstract

The invention discloses an amphiphilic graphene oxide modified ultrathin composite nanofiltration membrane, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing amphiphilic graphene oxide into an aqueous solution to obtain amphiphilic graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing the amphiphilic graphene oxide dispersion liquid with an aqueous solution of piperazine to obtain an aqueous phase, adding an n-hexane solution of oil-phase trimesoyl chloride into the aqueous phase, and carrying out a polymerization reaction at an interface togenerate an ultrathin membrane; and placing an ultrafiltration membrane bottom membrane at the interface to be attached to the prepared ultrathin membrane, then taking out the ultrafiltration membranebottom membrane coated with the ultrathin membrane, and carrying out drying to obtain the amphiphilic graphene oxide modified ultrathin composite nanofiltration membrane. Amphiphilic graphene oxide is introduced into the interfacial polymerization process, and through interfacial properties of water and oil, the amphiphilic graphene oxide is wrapped by an interfacial polymerization reaction, so that the membrane with relatively high hydrophilicity is prepared, and the flux of the nanofiltration membrane is remarkably improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an amphiphilic graphene oxide modified ultra-thin composite nanofiltration membrane and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of functional membrane preparation and separation application. Background technique [0002] The anisotropic reverse osmosis / nanofiltration membrane prepared by the L-S method is relatively thick, and it is easy to compact under high pressure, which is not conducive to the pressure-driven membrane. In order to solve these defects, in 1972, Cadotte used the interfacial polymerization method for the first time. The high-performance reverse osmosis composite membrane NS100 has been produced, and its desalination rate and water flux are greatly improved compared with the membrane prepared by the L-S method. At present, 90% of the reverse osmosis / nanofiltration membranes in the world are produced by the interfacial polymerization method. [0003] In recent years, the i...
