Abstract

The invention relates to the technical fields of waste heat steam utilization and sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment system and method for utilizing industrial waste heat steam andbased on a hydrate process. The system comprises a sewage evaporation system, a hydrate generation system, a hydrate decomposition system and a pipeline system. According to the system, low-temperature waste heat is used for diffusing steam to evaporate sewage; the steam generates a hydrate in a hydrate generation chamber; and the hydrate is decomposed into pure water in a decomposition chamber after being centrifuged. The invention provides the treatment method capable of simultaneously treating heavy metal ion wastewater, organic dye wastewater, and organic and inorganic mixed sewage at onetime. Treated sewage can theoretically reach the standard of pure water. The sewage treatment method provided by the invention can effectively reduce sewage treatment steps, improve treatment efficiency and lower treatment cost. In addition, industrial low-temperature waste heat steam can be effectively utilized; steam diffusion is reduced; the problem of diffusion of factory sewage and energy issolved; and economic and environmental protection benefits of factories are improved.
