Abstract

The invention relates to a cationic water-based acrylic emulsion used for an anti-corrosive primer and a production method of the cationic water-based acrylic emulsion used for the anti-corrosive primer, and belongs to the technical field of anti-corrosive paint. The method mainly comprises taking part of a monomer mixture at first, adding part of the monomer mixture into a reaction container, adding a non-ionic emulsifier aqueous solution at the same time, elevating a temperature to 65-80 DEG C under stirring, then dropping the rest of the mixture into the reaction container in 1-2 h under stirring, then dropping an anionic emulsifier aqueous solution and part of an initiator aqueous solution into the reaction container in 2-3 h under stirring, after dropping is completed, maintaining thetemperature of 60-80 DEG C for 0.5-2 h, finally, adding the rest of the initiator aqueous solution into the reaction container at once, elevating the temperature to 80-95 DEG C in 0.5-1 h, then maintaining the temperature for 0.5-2 h, and conducting cooling. The produced emulsion has good film-forming performance, moreover, a film has good corrosion resistance and adhesion, and the emulsion cannot be broken when matched with acid solutions of phosphoric acid and the like or salt solutions arbitrarily.
