A circulating water cooling pipe is fixedly mounted in the heat dissipation plate. A cooling fan is fixedly mounted at the intersection of circulating water cooling pipes. One end of the top of each circulating water cooling pipe is fixedly connected with a water inlet; the other end of the top of each circulating water cooling pipe is fixedly connected with a water outlet; one end of the water outlet is fixedly connected with a circulating water pump; a water pump interface is formed in the top of the circulating water pump; a first clamping groove is formed in the back of the heat dissipation plate; an activated carbon filter screen is connected intothe first clamping groove in a clamped mode. A second clamping groove is formed in the surface of the heat dissipation plate.
